After graduating in social research, I started working as a web analyst and project manager with Open Source CMSs,\u00a0 shaping contents and templates, writing specs, designing workflows, dealing with backlogs and users feedback.<\/p>\n<p>In 2012 I enrolled in a MA in User Experience to improve my design process. Since there I have been working as a User Experience designer, design lead and information architect. I enjoy bringing teams together and projects to life: envisioning, understanding, analysing and putting user centered processes in place. I collaborate with design and development teams building service models that work, information architectures and prototypes.<\/p>\n<p>I can take part in hands-on work such as coding, wire-framing, doing research running design workshops.<\/p>\n<p>Teamwork and coaching are at heart of what I do.
